Xavier's technical and business background set him apart from most career coaches and life coaches. Xavier graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 2004 and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010.
Xavier is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Black Belt in Six Sigma/Lean Methodology, and a certified Change Management practitioner. In 2014, Xavier published his first book, Resumes That Stand Out!

On his spare time, he enjoys traveling, composing music on the piano, reading, exercising, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
